Key Responsibilities:

• Reviewing resumes and applications
• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process
• Working with placement cells to source for candidates for specific job positions
• Processing HR Payments.
• Coordinating for uniform requirements pan Pakistan.
• Handling insurance/medical issues and coordinating for reimbursement.
• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
• Proceeding with employee requests, ID Cards, insurance cards, advance salaries etc.
• Printing all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Proficient with Excel or related software.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
