We're looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our HR team as a HR Executive . Staff will provide support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow within the field. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR environment.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Coordinate and support employee on boarding activities, including new hire paperwork and orientation.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
• Process Salaries and has clear knowledge of tax deductions
• Must have experience of banking / Provident Funds , bonuses and Gratuity funds
• Must know the complete knowledge of Human Resource polices and procedures

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior internship or work experience in HR is preferred but not required.
• Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in the field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to run intern programme time to time
