Digital Destiny is looking forward to hiring an enthusiastic HR Executive to complete administrative and HR-related tasks.
Responsibility:

• Preparing documents and updating records.
• Conflict Resolution
• Employee Engagement
• Writing Emails
• Writing and Issuing warning letters
• Posting Job ads
• Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
• Providing appropriate suggestions for improving HR policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Minimum 1-year experience as an HR officer or related field
• Working knowledge of Pakistan labor laws.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Preference: Females will be preferred.
Timings:
Nightshift (9 Hours: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
