HR Executive - Performance Management

Job Summary:
LINRCO Pakistan is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in performance management and a desire to develop their career in this field. This role involves hands-on experience with performance analysis, KPI setting, and the development of a Performance Management System (PMS). The HR Executive will be responsible for aligning individual KPIs with departmental goals, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

The HR Executive will be responsible for aligning individual KPIs with departmental goals, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of a basic Performance Management System
- Monitor and ensure that Goals & KPIs are set for each employee in accordance with the PMS and goal-setting guidelines.
- Work closely with the top management to align individual KPIs with departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure that all employees' KPIs are established and updated in line with planned timelines and departmental needs.
- Conduct performance analysis and prepare detailed analytical reports for management review and strategic planning.
- Identify and address departmental performance issues through data-driven insights.
- Regularly coordinate with the Internal Audit team to ensure that performance management documentation meets external audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to performance management activities.
- Assist in strategic planning initiatives related to performance management and departmental performance improvement.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior hands-on experience in performance management or HR-related functions is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed performance analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and align performance metrics with organizational goals.
