C. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage job postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and handle onboarding.
· Resolve conflicts, support employee concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
· Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain accurate employee records, and prepare HR reports.
· Support performance reviews, implement improvement plans, and maintain performance records.
· Administer HR systems, process employee data changes, and manage HR documentation.
· Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation.
· Contribute to HR policy development and participate in HR initiatives.

Qualification
Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant field.
Experience
·3-5 years of proven experience in HR
Technical Competencies
· HR Systems: Proficient in using HR software and databases.
· Recruitment: Experience in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
· Labor Law Compliance: Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
· Performance Management: Skills in supporting reviews, improvement plans, and performance tracking.
· Data Management: Preparing HR reports and analyzing employee data.
· Payroll: Assisting with payroll processes and ensuring accurate compensation.

Hours & Commitment
This is a full-time position and the selected candidate will be working from 03PM-12AM (Monday to Friday).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
