Salary Range: 50,000 - 80,000 PKR per month

Are you a qualified HR professional with a knack for fostering a positive work environment? Redwood Information and Technologies is looking for an HR Management Expert to join our team in Lahore!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Minimum Education: MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
