Company: Al Wafiq Global Pvt. Ltd. (Dubai-based BPO)
Campaign: Multiple International Campaigns for both day and night shifts.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with a neutral or UK/USA accent (Arabic - would be a bonus).
- Proven experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to engage decision-makers and communicate persuasively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Conduct outbound calls to decision-makers, introducing them to our services.
- Engage with potential clients professionally and persuasively, highlighting the benefits.
- Address any questions or concerns.
- Record accurate and detailed notes of each call and update the company database accordingly.
- Adhere to company guidelines and protocols while representing the company in a positive light.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets to ensure the project's success.
Days: Depends on the campaign
Time: Different shift timings (could be remote if night shift)
Salary:
30,000 PKR to 85,000 PKR (Depending on experience and profile)
