Experience Level: Intermediate
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Candidates with IT Networks certification will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

• System Management:
• Document and update system specifications, configurations, and procedures.
• Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
• Network Management:
• Design, install, and configure network systems and devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security issues.
• Document network policies, procedures, and configurations.
• Research and evaluate new network technologies and solutions.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents.
• Administration:
• Microsoft Office 365 administration.
• Data backup management and IT policies administration.
