we are seeking a dedicated and technically inclined Junior After-Sales Service Manager to join our team. The role involves supporting customers and service centers via phone, addressing common product issues related to inverters and lithium batteries, and maintaining an accurate inventory of spare parts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for learning and growth within the industry.
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer and Service Center Support:
* Coordinate with authorized service centers to fulfill spare parts requests.
* Assist customers over the phone to troubleshoot and resolve common inverter and lithium battery issues, including programming assistance.
* Redirect customers to their nearest service center when needed for further support.
2. Inventory Management:
* Keep an accurate record of spare parts issued to service centers and confirm receipt.
* Track and manage the return of spare parts from service centers.
3. Technical Support:
* Use your knowledge of electronics and inverters to aid in technical troubleshooting and provide effective support.
* Gain on-the-job training to learn the specifics of inverters and lithium battery systems.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
* Basic understanding of electronics and inverters.
* Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for inventory tracking.
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and service centers.
* Experience in the solar industry is an advantage but not essential.

Salary Range: Rs. 40,000 – 50,000/-
