Position Overview:
We are seeking two experienced KPI Professionals to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support organizational goals. They will work closely with the HR Manager and collaborate with various departments to ensure that KPIs are effectively integrated into our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
KPI Development and Implementation:

• Design and develop KPIs that align with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Implement KPIs within SAP Business One to track performance and ensure accurate reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of KPIs, making adjustments as needed.

Data Management and Analysis:

• Gather and analyze data related to KPIs.
• Prepare and present KPI reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity related to KPIs.

Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with the HR Manager to understand business needs and translate them into actionable KPIs.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure KPIs are relevant and integrated into their processes.
• Provide training and support to staff on KPI-related processes.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving KPI measurement processes and reporting.
• Implement best practices and new technologies to enhance KPI management and analysis.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to KPIs and their implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding KPI management and data handling.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in KPI development, implementation, and management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1) is a plus and experience in managing KPI-related data within the system.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively under pressure.

NOTE: This position is for LINRCO, which is located in Wah Cantonment, Punjab, Pakistan
