Role Overview:
As a Remote Lead Generation Specialist at Vairt, you will play a crucial role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through various channels, developing outreach strategies, and supporting our sales team in converting leads into valuable clients.
Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads using various online tools and platforms.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies to target specific markets and industries.
• Engage with leads via email, social media, and other communication channels to qualify and nurture relationships.
• Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize strategies and improve results.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate or Graduation equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with lead generation tools, CRM software, and social media platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential leads.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
