Tapmad is hiring for Marketing and Inventory Specialist for Digital Products who will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote digital game codes and digital gift cards. Will oversee the operations related to digital game codes and digital gift cards, ensuring efficient and accurate processing, distribution, and management of digital products. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, creative thinking, and analytical skills to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of digital products.
Responsibilities:
 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer preferences in the digital products market.
 Manage inventory of digital game codes and digital gift cards from suppliers.
 Monitor digital product sales and inventory levels, implementing strategies to maximize revenue and minimize stockouts.
 Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile digital product sales reporting.
 Coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing collateral, landing pages, and promotional materials tailored to the target audience and marketing channels.
 Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote digital game codes and digital gift cards across various digital channels, including email, social media, websites, and online advertising platforms.
 Oversee shop operations to ensure a seamless user experience
 Maximize revenue through sustainable tactics and marketing efforts.
 Coordinate and execute in-game events and content deliveries
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.
 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the gaming industry or with digital products.
 Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and ROI.
 Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment processing systems is a plus.
 Knowledge of gaming industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital product distribution channels is a plus.
Skills:

 Proficiency in analyzing sales data, inventory metrics, and operational performance to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in digital operations processes.
 Proficiency in tracking and maintaining accurate inventory levels of digital game codes and digital gift cards, ensuring availability for customers while minimizing overstock and stockouts.
 Ability to use Excel to track and manage inventory levels, reconcile stock counts, and identify discrepancies.
 Knowledge of market research techniques to gather insights on customer preferences, trends, and competitive landscape in the digital products market.
