The Role
As a Marketing Communication Lead at Atlas Copco Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd., you will be a key role in the organization and in future success and digital presence in the market, we are looking for you as a Marketing star and have an understanding and knowledge of both the digital media landscape, business, and process development.
What we expect from you?
Job Description
- Together with Business Line Managers and Divisional Communications Team, develop and implement digital strategies and processes for lead generation, data collection (including CRM), customer retention and lifetime value in line with an Inbound Marketing approach.
- Manage the operational work such as working with content and sales activities such as website, social media, newsletters, email, mobile marketing, and marketing automation.
- Responsible for internal, external communications and employer branding activities in liaison with HR.
- Responsible for purchased traffic-driving activities and channel selection and, in conjunction with Divisional Communications and Marketing Teams, work with external suppliers and partners.
- Responsible for measuring, following up and analyzing efforts and activities, web presence and e-commerce in Pakistan, including SEM, SEA and SEO.
- Support and develop diverse marketing communication activities in line with business strategy and plan.
- Challenge existing activities, channels, and solutions in favor of new approaches and trends in the communications industry and digital landscape.
- Brand management activities in liaison with Business Line Managers and supporting for channel management activities.
- Develop market intelligence including a keen focus on competitor activities and new developments in market.
- Identify gaps and opportunities in market mapping.
- Plan and Organize Customer days, Product launches, Marketing Campaigns, materials and merchandize.
- Promote Atlas Copco brand awareness and values to external stakeholders including but not limited to students, Government entities and Public at large.
- Manage customer engagement tool, i.e. Net promoter score (NPS) and make sure to achieve monthly targets.
- You have at least 03 - 05 years of relevant experience in communication, content creation, and brand development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer engagement.
- Experience working within the industrial sector with technology-driven products.
- Strong working knowledge of SEO and pay-per-click advertising.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communication plans and campaigns.
- Experience in working with various communication channels and formats, such as print, digital, audio, and video.
- Proficient in using Adobe Experience Manager, Canva, social media platforms for creating and distributing communication content.
- Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, SEMRush, Hub Spot, Power Bi and Microsoft Forms for executing, measuring, and evaluating communication plan and performance.
- Able to learn and adapt to new software and tools as required by the communication needs and objectives.
