Marketplace Executive

Right Solution is seeking a Marketplace Executive to manage and optimize our presence on Facebook Marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. This role involves listing products, managing customer inquiries, and analyzing sales data to enhance our marketplace performance.
Job Responsibilities
· Create and manage product listings on Facebook Marketplace, ensuring accurate descriptions and high-quality images.
· Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and messages promptly and professionally.
· Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies specific to Marketplace.
· Ensure compliance with Facebook’s policies and guidelines for selling.
· Track inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to maintain stock.
· Assist in developing content for social media to promote listings.
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Skills Required
· Proven experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Proficiency in using Facebook and other social media platforms
· Familiarity with basic analytics and reporting tools
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Knowledge of digital marketing strategies is a plus
Compensation
Package: up to 60,000 to 70,000 per month
