Job Responsibilities

• Develop detailed Mechanical design and drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, Vertical Transport and Firefighting systems.
• Perform calculations for HVAC, plumbing and other mechanical systems
• Analyze project requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare and review project specifications, budgets and timelines.
• Oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Ensure all mechanical work complies with relevant codes, standards and regulations.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in design of Building services
• Demonstrated proficiency in the design and analysis of HVAC, Plumbing, Vertical Transport and Firefighting systems.
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
