• Job Title: Outbound Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers with the goal of increasing revenue and achieving set targets.
• Drive subscriber growth through effective lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Increase revenue through proactive sales efforts and achieving sales quotas.
• Implement initiatives to enhance customer retention and increased services usage.
• Provide best after-sales service to maintain high customer satisfaction rates.
• Monitor and achieve daily required dialing targets with a minimum of 80% occupancy.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven background in tele sales or outbound sales roles preferably of software solutions.
• Compassionate with excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Capable of handling pressure and maintaining composure during challenging situations.
