As a Packaging Sales Expert, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. This role is pivotal to our mission of expanding our client base and delivering exceptional packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cardboard box packaging market.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Present and demonstrate product offerings to prospective clients and tailor solutions to their specific needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients in alignment with company policies.
• Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Maintain an accurate and updated record of all sales activities in the CRM system.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Sales Revenue: Achieve monthly sales targets set by management.
• Client Acquisition: Successfully onboard a minimum of 5-7 new clients per month.
• Retention Rate: Maintain a client retention rate of 85% or higher.
• Lead Conversion Rate: Convert at least 25% of qualified leads into closed deals.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a client satisfaction score of 90% or higher based on feedback.
• Sales Cycle Duration: Reduce the average sales cycle duration to within 30 days.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the cardboard box packaging industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.
• A deep understanding of packaging solutions, market trends, and client needs.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales goals

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
