Type: Full-time, on-site (Night Shift 7pm to 5am)
As a QA Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of products and services throughout the production process. You will develop, implement, and maintain quality standards and procedures, conduct regular inspections and audits, and work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Your goal is to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive QA plans, including setting quality standards, procedures, and specifications.
Inspections & Testing: Conduct regular inspections of products and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards. Perform various tests to identify defects or deviations.
Process Improvement: Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process improvements. Recommend and implement corrective actions.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, testing procedures, and quality control measures. Prepare detailed reports for management review.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and customer requirements. Stay updated on relevant laws and standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues, provide training on quality standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Customer Feedback Management: Analyze customer complaints and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Supplier Quality Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet quality specifications. Conduct supplier audits as necessary.
