Manage inbound and outbound calls.
Maintain data and keep a record.
Meet team/person targets and batch completion quotas.
Coordinate with teachers and students.
Class Management.
Coordination with visitors.
Recoveries of Admission Fees.
Runtime Issues Resolving.
Updating Date list.
Any other tasks assigned by management
Candidate must have grip on MS Excel.
Candidate must have good communication skills.
