BM Events is looking for a skilled and motivated recruiter to join our back office team in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting event staff for our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as managing client follow-ups via email. This is a virtual role that requires excellent communication and organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit event staff for various roles via chat, calls, and other virtual platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and follow-ups with candidates.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide timely updates.
- Manage client communications, including responding to emails professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain databases and records using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ensure proper task and time management to meet deadlines and deliver on staffing requirements.
- Experience in GCC countries: Previous work experience in the Gulf region, understanding of cultural and professional dynamics.
- Recruitment expertise: Skilled in virtual recruitment through chat and calling, including interviewing and assessing candidates.
- Time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Task management: Strong organizational skills to track recruitment progress and follow-up tasks.
- Email writing: Professional communication skills with the ability to draft clear and concise emails.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Solid experience with Word, Excel, and other Office tools.
