The Layton Rahmatullah Benevolent Trust (LRBT) invites proposals (both technical and financial) from eligible Firms or individual consultants to develop an animated documentary related to child eye health and disability inclusiveness. The service provider shouldsubmit a CV/company profile and a detailed work plan for the entire assignment to LRBT. The proposal should also contain the details of the team and their experience along with sharing of relevant video/story that the firm or consultant has developed in the past.
This is a short-term assignment (One month) from LRBT Central Office, Karachi under one of its projectsthat commenced in January 2021 namely “Strengthening Inclusive Eye Health Services in Tehsil Sadiqabad, Rahim Yar Khan District, Punjab“ .
The applicants must show all costs related to the proposed assignment including taxes according to the rules and regulations of the tax authorities of Pakistan.

Background:
World Sight Day, October 10, 2024, aims to emphasize the importance of eye care for young people and encourage children to prioritize their vision. This assignment seeks to create engaging animated videos promoting child eye health and disability inclusiveness.
Objective:
Develop two short animated videos to raise awareness about child eye health and disability inclusiveness, focusing on healthy habits, safety tips, and inclusivity for children with disabilities.
Video 1: Child Eye Health
Duration: 3.5 minutes or less
Objective: Educate children about eye health, protection, and vision problem solutions.
Key Messages:

• Regular eye exams
• Healthy habits (balanced diet, outdoor play, eye safety)
• Safety tips (protective eyewear, avoiding sharp objects)
• Embracing spectacles (reducing stigma and taboo)

Video 2: Disability Inclusiveness
Duration: 3.5 minutes or less
Objective: Promote inclusivity and accessibility for children with disabilities, highlighting their strengths and abilities.
Key Messages:

• Understanding unique needs
• Celebrating strengths and abilities
• Promote Inclusive access (equal opportunities for eye health services)

Awareness Media:
