Cesvi is an international NGO headquartered in Italy, and it has been operating in Pakistan since 2005, with multiple humanitarian and development projects. Cesvi is implementing a development project in consortium with Concern Worldwide with financial support from FCDO.
With the present document, Cesvi is inviting interested registered companies to present quotations for the Group Health and Life Insurance Servicesthrough the following NPas indicated below:

- Sealed proposals/bidsmust be submitted by 03September 2024 at 1800 Hrsat Cesvi Country Office First Floor, 1-E (South) Jinnah Avenue, D-Chowk, Islamabad, and should be marked as “Not to be opened before “04September 2024”.Electronic bidding is NOT ALLOWED.
- The RFQ bid opening session will be held in the Cesvi Islamabad Office on 04 September 2024at1000 Hrs.
- CESVI reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of individuals for insurance coverage as per the staff quantity in all offices.
- Bidder must not be engaged in any corruption, fraudulent, collusive, or coercive practices, including but not limited to applying/bidding by multiple names/companies. If any bidder is found to be involved in such practices, their bid will be rejected, and the companies in question will be permanently blacklisted.
- Inquiries, requests, and questions about this RFQ can be made by contacting to given email no later than 27August 2024by1500 Hrs. Questions raised and answers will be communicated via email to all registered tenderers by 27 August 2024 by 1700 Hrs. Inquiries by phone will NOT be entertained.
