Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Sales and Application Engineer to join our team. This role merges technical knowledge with sales expertise to promote and support our power electronics products. Fresh graduates with a final year project (FYP) in power electronics are encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions in power electronics.
• Technical Support: Offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and create effective sales strategies.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and our power electronics product offerings.
• Proposal Development: Assist in preparing technical proposals and quotations that align with customer requirements.
• Problem Solving: Analyze customer challenges and propose effective solutions using our products.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product management teams to convey customer feedback and influence product development.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with a final year project in power electronics are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of power electronic components and systems (e.g., converters, inverters, power supplies).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• A problem-solving mindset and a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events.
