Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell travel services including flight tickets, holiday packages, Umrah packages, travel insurance, hotels, and tourist visas to customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or in-person, providing timely and accurate information on travel products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, promotions, and competitive offerings.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and advise clients on travel plans, visa requirements, and necessary travel documentation.
- Process bookings and payments, ensuring accuracy and smooth execution of the travel arrangements.
- Upsell additional travel services such as insurance, tours, and accommodation to maximize sales revenue.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and resolve issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales promotions and special deals.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to the company’s overall growth objectives.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong knowledge of flight booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) and hotel reservation platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively.
- Target-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
