Sales & Marketing Officer

The Sales & Marketing Officer is responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to enhance the visibility and profitability of our e-commerce Electronics & Hardware platform. This role involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, digital marketing, and a keen understanding of the e-commerce landscape in Pakistan.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
2. Identify and approach potential customers through various sales channels.
3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Customer Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
2. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
3. Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
Product Promotion and Launches
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new and existing products.
2. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities.
Market Analysis and Reporting
1. Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
2. Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
3. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and marketing strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination
1. Work closely with the sales, marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
2. Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing collaborations and campaigns.
3. Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications
· Education: High School or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing & Communications.
· Experience:
o At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role in the e-commerce industry.
o Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing marketing campaigns.
· Skills:
o Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytic tools.
o Ability to create engaging content and promotional materials.
· Technical Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Candidates with FMCG experience are also invited to apply.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

- Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Sales & Marketing in the field of Hardware & Electronics: 1 year (Required)
