Qualifications:
- ACCA or CA qualified.
- Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role.
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Manage and coordinate the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors, and ensure timely submission of financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement financial procedures to enhance and maintain the accuracy of the financial data.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Provide financial analysis and decision-making support to management.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs150,000.00 per month
