Arwaj Tech is looking for a Software Implementation Executive for Head Office in Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare files on Excel and maintain data of assigned clients.
• Responsible to implement and make Live the purchased modules of client in company.
• Responsible to analyze and discuss the client company policies, and gather client
• Responsible to provide detail software trainings to Client including managers and employees as per their roles.
• Provide support and troubleshoot customer queries and questions through phone
• Create tickets in portal, assign/escalate to dedicated teams, prioritize, follow-up and
• Discuss client customization with business analyst & technical team, and provide
• Responsible to satisfy the customer and take implementation sign off on given deadlines
• Responsible for revenue management

Important Skills:

• Excellent research and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and training skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.
• Expert in Excel

Desired Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Job Timings: 9:00AM to 5:30PM
Location: Shahra e Faisal, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
