Cloud Mesh Solutions is a fast-growing Swiss-based company specializing in cloud-based solutions.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead for SEO and Marketing to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic, improving search rankings, and leading successful marketing campaigns. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead SEO Strategy: Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase visibility, and drive traffic to our websites.

• Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

• Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO and marketing metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

• Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to ensure that all content is optimized for SEO and aligned with marketing goals.

• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content development and optimization.

• Competitor Analysis: Analyse competitor strategies and performance to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust our strategies accordingly.

• Technical SEO: Work closely with the development team to ensure the website is technically optimized for search engines, including site structure, URL structure, and mobile optimization.

• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, to provide updates on SEO and marketing performance.

• Budget Management: Manage the SEO and marketing budget effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)

• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with strong organizational and leadership abilities.

• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and other industry-standard tools.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and strategies clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and innovatively, with a focus on continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends.
