Job Description: Technical Lead (Full Stack Development)

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development:
• Lead the development of robust applications using Java Script stacks including React, Next.js, Vue, and Nuxt.js for frontend, and Node.js for backend.
• Design and manage databases, both SQL and No SQL (My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB), ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Client Interaction:
• Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project designs.
• Scope of Work & Basic Design:
• Responsible for creating the Scope of Work (SOW) for clients, detailing project deliverables, timelines, and key milestones
• Develop a Basic Design Sheet for internal teams, outlining the complete project architecture, including frontend and backend structure, database design, cloud services, and integration points.
• Ensure the Basic Design Sheet provides a clear understanding for developers, covering user flows, API endpoints, database schema, and CI/CD pipeline configurations.
• Project Management:
• Manage projects using Jira or similar tools, overseeing resource allocation and sprint planning.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• CI/CD Expertise:
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments, ensuring a seamless development workflow.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide mentorship and guidance to development teams, helping them troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Cloud Computing:
• Leverage AWS Amplify for developing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud applications.
• Stay updated with cloud best practices to enhance project performance and security.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development.
• Strong proficiency in Java Script frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Nuxt.js) and Node.js.
• Experience with SQL and No SQL databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB).
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and project management.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira.
• Expertise in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role is preferred.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and hands-on experience with AWS Amplify.
