Tech Vention is a fast-growing startup technology partner company. We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
SDLC Expertise:
- Demonstrated experience in the complete software development life cycle (SDLC), having been part of at least one project from inception to delivery.
Requirement Analysis:
- Proficient in conducting thorough requirement analysis for software projects.
Agile Project Management:
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Sprint processes.
Project Planning:
- Ability to create project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams towards project success.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Team Player:
- Excellent team player with the ability to work collaboratively towards common goals.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems.
Client Handling:
- Capable of handling client pressure and ensuring project success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
