Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative at Grand City Head office in Lahore. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for communication with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support, sales activities, and training within the organization.
Job Descriptions:
Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote residential and commercial properties available for sale.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up on inquiries from marketing campaigns, online platforms, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Engage with prospective buyers, understand their property needs, and match them with suitable listings.
Property Information: Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, locations, features, and availability, ensuring clients are well-informed.
Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to nurture relationships and keep them informed of new properties and offers.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activity, and potential leads using CRM software.
Required Skills:
Minimum Graduation.
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Strong Sales abilities
Ability to provide exceptional Customer Support
Experience in real estate or housing is mandatory
Proven track record in sales targets achievement
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
