Job description

• Take and make sales calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns
• Fulfill their demand according to their requirements and sell them company products
• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
• Increase opportunities from big data

Job Responsibilities

• Spoken English (Preferable)
• Strong verbal communication
• Great active listening skills
• A patient and empathetic attitude
• Counselling students on various programs and courses offered by foreign university
• Handling student queries and guiding them best foreign education solutions including their budget and education background.
• Identifying students' career goals, future prospects, and potential gaps in their background information.
• Maintain records for all leads and turn them into leads
• Counsel students and send them abroad for higher studies
• Resolve issues / queries and day to day support to clients

Skills: Excellent Communication, Problem solving, Flexibility and Rapport building.
