CARE Pakistan is looking for a short-term consultant to temporarily assume the responsibilities of the Team Lead until the position is permanently filled.
1. Objective
The primary objective of this consultant is to oversee AAWAZ-II project in Sindh including

Lead the AAWAZ II project inception phase

Onboard team Leader, partners and establish field office in close coordination with SMT.

Accomplish the deliverables of the inception phase as agreed with the donor.

Develop inception report along with annexures as per donor requirements.

2. Scope of Work
The consultant will be responsible for leading the AAWAZ-II project, coordinating with key personnel and stakeholders to gather essential information, and ensuring the completion of the planned activities and deliverables outlined below.
Deliverables
The consultant is expected to deliver the following outputs. The payment to the consultant will be made as per agreed deliverables and timelines. The schedule of payment will be agreed during the inception phase.
