Days: 5 Full Days (Monday-Friday) + Half Day Saturday
Job Overview:
We are looking to hire multiple office-based Virtual Assistants to work with our English-speaking clients, providing professional virtual support. This is a night-shift role where you will be an essential part of assisting clients in their business operations, focusing on helping them grow and increase sales through lead generation and digital marketing.
This is an office-based position, meaning you must work from our office. You will be expected to perform a variety of tasks that will support client operations, communication, and most importantly, increasing their sales through various channels, including Digital Marketing, Social Media management, and direct customer outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email communication, calendar scheduling, and task reminders for clients.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, document preparation, and organizing files.
- Increase sales for clients by identifying potential customers through digital marketing, social media management, and direct calls.
- Handle social media accounts for clients, including posting, responding to messages, and growing their online presence.
- Assist in researching potential clients, generating leads, and following up with cold calls or emails.
- Schedule and manage appointments for clients.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.
- Prepare and send reports, presentations, and other essential documents.
- Support clients in organizing virtual meetings, managing agendas, and taking meeting notes.
- Assist with online marketing campaigns to enhance client visibility and engagement.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Knowledge of lead generation techniques and sales processes.
- Experience in digital marketing, including social media management, email marketing, and direct customer outreach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail.
- Comfort with technology, including tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
- Ability to work night shifts (Monday-Friday) and a half-day on Saturdays (Pakistan Standard Time).
- Experience in customer outreach, cold calling, and lead generation to help increase client sales.
