- Oversee maintenance of all accounting files, bank accounts, records, and journals. Prepare and provide accurate monthly reconciliations for each.
- Receive and process mail payments.
- Receive and process invoices (A/P management).
- Account for any electronic transactions.
- Receive and process ACH Payment.
- Compile credit card statements and supporting documentation from cardholders.
- Works closely with the VP of Operations and external auditors on special projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate across various levels throughout the company.
- Communicate with client suppliers, vendors and banking contacts.
- Maintain strict confidentiality about all subject matter within all lines of accounting unless specific authority is given by supervisor.
- Continuously look for opportunities to generate efficiencies and increase the effectiveness of financial operations.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills required
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite required
· Able to meet deadlines within a high volume fast-paced environment
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience .
· 3+ years of related experience; previous supervisory/leadership experience required.
· Sharp business acumen with excellent communication skills.
· Analytical and organized with an attention to detail.
· Proven ability to expertly handle confidential information and multi-task with ease
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
