Local Marketing Company Growing and Searching to Fill Digital Marketer Position with Talented, Coachable and Goal-Oriented Candidate
Job Summary
Ideal candidate will have experience working in digital marketing – including website management, social media content creation, advertising sales, and/or graphic design. If candidate has experience in some of these, additional training can be provided for developing the other skill sets. The position is responsible for performing various client-related digital marketing services, including but not limited to: Market Research, Advertising Creative, Website Management, Social Media Content Creation, Creating Custom Branded Images & Videos, Google & Facebook PPC Campaigns, Organic SEO related services, and Analyzing Results.
Responsibilities and Duties
Digital Marketer position is expected to help with various client services including (but not limited to) website management, researching and tracking data, content writing, graphic design, PPC campaigns, SEO services, or any other actions necessary to render services that meet and exceed client expectations. Candidate will initially work directly with management. As knowledge and skills are proven, candidate will then begin assisting management with established accounts and eventually other responsibilities will be added.
Compensation
Starting compensation may vary, based on experience level. Candidate will initially be paid based on the percentage of work they can contribute toward accomplishing goals. New marketing client bonuses are available, and even more compensation can be earned by achieving other digital advertising sales / goals.
Qualifications

• Word Press Website Management experience would be great.
• Graphic Design experience would be great.
• Social Media Content Creation experience would be great.
• Content Writing (Articles & Advertising Headlines) experience would be great.
• Google PPC experience would be great.
• Organic SEO experience is preferred.
• Previous B2B Sales experience preferred.
• Previous Advertising Sales experience is preferred.
• Previous Digital Advertising experience is preferred.
• Current and valid driver's license is required.
• Strong organizational skills is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• College Degree preferred.
