E-Commerce & Digital Executive

- Lead and create D2C online strategy: develop and own the overall strategy for the D2C online business, ensuring it aligns with broader business goals and market trends.
- Oversee daily operations: manage the day-to-day activities of direct e-commerce sites, including digital campaign launches, CMS updates, and product publishing, ensuring timely content delivery.
- Coordinate partners: lead regular meetings with partners from IT, agencies, operations, and client care, making necessary decisions and maintaining business goals.
- Manage financials and forecasting: oversee the forecasting for seasonal packaging and online sampling activations, collaborate with the finance team to manage costs, and ensure alignment with the p&l.
- Content and campaign planning: develop and execute content strategies and campaign plans in coordination with the media team.
- Implement optimization initiatives: critically assess project developments and proactively implement improvements in processes, setups, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
- Drive best-in-class client experience (UX), working closely with different teams to resolve onsite issues and client queries, ensuring the highest level of service is always maintained.
- Lead reporting and analytics across LATAM direct e-commerce, providing insights on traffic channels, product performance, and purchasing behavior to inform strategy and new initiatives.
- Develop local product merchandising strategies based on local marketing calendars, ensuring alignment with regional and global guidelines.
- Monitor the Paid Search E-commerce strategy in partnership with the Media team and manage SEO projects in collaboration with the regional office, reporting on insights and performance.
- Partner with CRM to develop strategies that drive engagement, retention and data acquisition.
- Regularly explore and implement opportunities to increase website traffic, monitoring performance and identifying new initiatives.
- Lead the deployment of new stores and new features, working with IT, partners and the regional team, while exploring new opportunities based on insights and competitor research.
- Oversee relationships with agencies and strategic partners throughout the business chain, ensuring smooth execution of projects and new feature deployments.
- Plan and update web content regularly according to global guidelines, including local adaptations, in coordination with the regional team and local marketing.
- Coordinate weekly with all teams for product launches, campaigns, and relevant content for the website, ensuring smooth implementation of new features and compliance with legal and brand guidelines.
- Owner of Google Analytics to monitor and analyze websites performance, including user behavior and content effectiveness, to inform content strategy and optimize user engagement.

- 5+ years of proven experience with similar responsibilities (In Luxury retail and/or brand experience preferred)
- Must be fluent both in English and Spanish
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or any related field. Master level appreciated.
- Thorough understanding of retail fundamentals – operations/fulfillment, customer service, sales, merchandising, etc.
- You bring experience handling e-Commerce business roles (luxury and / or Beauty preferred) including; e-Commerce trade and reporting, platforms and e-Commerce IT operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication with great presentation skills
- Demonstrable skills in Analysis Tools (ex. Google Analytics), Power Bi and project management.
- Strategic thinking
- Must be someone organized, resourceful, analytic, with numerical ability, and problem-solving oriented, with a clear communication, planning and decision-making skills.
