Now Hiring - Overnight Shift, 11:30 pm - 7:30 am
We are looking for an amazing Front Desk Customer Service Agent to serve as the first point of contact for our guests, greeting them with a smile and assisting them with requests. We manage the front desks at several resorts in Panama City Beach, including Calypso, Sterling Breeze, Summerhouse, and Grand Panama. The environment is beautiful and fun with true team spirit.
It is a safe environment where the guests are all on vacation and happy to be there. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
This position is for the 11:30 pm - 7:30 am, overnight shift schedule. We offer a full benefit package including paid time off, health, dental and vision insurance, plus 401K with company match.
If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel or vacation rentals industry, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities

• Check in and check out guests
• Provide information about available rooms, rates and amenities
• Respond to guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Answer phone inquiries and assist with reservations
• Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in vacation rental or hotel guest services/front desk
• A terrific customer service attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
