Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in challenging projects and bring your innovative ideas.This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo!Apply right now!L2 Infrastructure Support Specialist RESPONSABILITIESAWS Experience: Extensive knowledge and experience working with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, VPC, IAM, Cloud Formation, Elasti Cache, among others.Infrastructure as Code (Ia C): Experience using tools like Terraform or AWS Cloud Formation to define and manage infrastructure as code, enabling the automated creation and configuration of resources in AWS.Automation and CI/CD: Experience automating processes using tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Git Lab.
Ability to design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery of applications and services.Shell scripting: Strong scripting knowledge in shell (e.g., Bash) for task automation and command-line handling.Containers and Orchestration: Experience using Docker, Fargate and/or Kubernetes for container deployment and management.K8s: Longhorn or similar (persistent volume), Cilium or similar (Networking), Velero or similar (Backups), Argo CD, Harbor Databases: Experience with AWS RDS (My SQL, Postgre SQL, Aurora), Maria DBCode Build and AWS CLI: Knowledge of AWS Code Build for automated application building and testing, and experience using AWS CLI for interaction and management of AWS services from the command line.Nginx: Experience in configuring and managing Nginx web servers for routing and load balancing.High Availability Architectures: Ability to design and implement resilient and high availability architectures using AWS services such as Auto Scaling Groups, Load Balancers, Amazon RDS Multi-AZ, Amazon S3 Cross-Region Replication, etc.Disaster Recovery and Migrations: Experience in planning and executing disaster recovery strategies and application/service migrations in AWS environments.Task Tracking and Code Control Tools: Experience using tools like Jira for task and project tracking, and Git Lab for code repository management and CI/CD automation.Operating System: Linux (Amazon Linux, Ubuntu, Red hat), Windows Logging and Alerting: ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, AWS Cloud Watch Availability to cover on-call shifts for one week per month (in case of any failures, attending to the eventualities).Configuration management with Ansible, playbook creation QUALIFICATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree/Engineering in Computer Science, Systems, or related IT fields.5+ years of experience in supporting IT solutions for Telco or ITCertifications such as ITIL Foundation, Comp TIA (Security+, Network+, etc.
), AWS Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)Experience with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Virtual Box, AWS, Kubernetes)Configuration management with Ansible and The Foreman Operating system hardening (Hardening, Antivirus, SIEM, etc.
