1) RESTAURANT MANAGER experience with high volume, mid-to-upscale, Chef-driven operations. Strong Management & Leadership Skills: Ensure quality, consistency, timeliness, cleanliness, and overall Customer Service excellence. Hire, train, supervise, & mentor staff, scheduling, etc. Proven ability to handle a busy FOH smoothly & efficiently with cool composure. Particular experience with Gulf Coast Seafood-focused operations preferred, but not required.
2*) Dynamic Personality* with great people skills and customer rapport. Polished & Professional, who presents well and interfaces with customers. Strong commitment to Customer Service, with a keen eye for details. Articulate and well-spoken, with good English communication skills.
3) A team player who runs a happy crew and gets along well with entire team, and with as customers ("No Prima Donnas here!"). Embrace and foster the company’s “family team” culture. Hands-on & hard-working, who leads and motivates by example. Solid work ethic and personal commitment to excellence.
4) Stable track record with solid professional references. Willing & able to pass background check, drug screening, proof of citizenship, and/or other screening procedures. Committed to a long-term career & advancement. Able to start ASAP!
* ALSO Preferred, but NOT required: Live/work nearby, already familiar with the Panama City /PCB market, with local contacts. Strong Wine & Bar knowledge. Particular experience with Gulf Coast Seafood operations. Private Dining & Events experience. College and/or Culinary degree. BOH/Kitchen experience. Spanish speaking.
