Accounting Innovation:

• Ensure internal controls and processes meet company standards.
• Address urgent financial issues within the accounting department.
• Collaborate with the Administrative Department.
• Document and review accounting procedures, recommending improvements.

Accounting Operational Excellence (with External Accountant):

• Prepare financial statements and income tax returns for BIR compliance.
• Generate monthly profit/loss statements and analytics for management.
• Create supporting schedules for audits and review tax returns.

Accounting Operational Excellence (as Accounting Manager):

• Lead the team to achieve key goals.
• Coordinate banking requirements with other departments.
• Review and approve transactions and journal entries.
• Provide budget vs. actual reports for departments.
• Manage the accounting department and staff across companies.
• Ensure BIR compliance and prepare for inspections.
