About the role

• Ensure timely vendor payments while fostering positive relationships
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with financial reports and budget forecasting
• Identify inefficiencies and propose innovation solutions to enhance workflow
• Review and process invoices accurately per company policies.
• Have a work style that must focus on accuracy and organization

What you need to have

• Accounts Payable with 2-3 years experienced
• Strong ability to ensure accuracy in invoice processing and data entry
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Daily data entry of transactions and compilation of documents
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Possess a sense of urgency and commitment to assigned deadlines
