Administrative Manager/Coordinator

Philippine Parkerizing, Inc. has been in the business of providing metal treatment chemical solutions and related technical technologies for over 25 years. Our surface treatment technologies are found in a diverse range of products ranging from automotives and household appliances to consumer electronics and furniture.
We are currently looking for an Administrative Manager to join our team to manage, support and improve the day-to-day administrative procedures of our Pasig City office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative
  • Coordinates and executes the existing administrative procedures set in place, and suggests process improvements to upper management if necessary
  • Record management - ensures proper implementation and recording of purchasing, accounting, and order & billing documentation
  • Acts as the primary liaison with government agencies regarding permits and licenses such as business permits, fire inspection certificate, building permits, and other required local licenses
  • Oversees office facility services and staff, including basic maintenance, IT, sanitation and security services
Human Resources
  • Manages the hiring process including posting job openings, screening applications and pre-employment requirements, conducting initial interviews and basic on boarding
  • Manages employee and departmental relations, including dispute resolutions, disciplinary sanctions, grievances, absences, termination, and retirement
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidate must have graduated from university with a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, but other program graduates are welcome to apply
  • Candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant work experience, familiarity of ISO procedures is preferred
  • Candidate must have good communication skills and must be well organized
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Candidate must be fluent in English & Tagalog
