• Over-all in charge of billing and payment processing of all Raw Materials, Packaging Materials and Centralized Purchases.
• Checking of Goods Receipt PO (GRPO). In charge of buying office and miscellaneous supplies.
• Canvassing, sourcing, and negotiation of office and miscellaneous supplies.
• Coordinate delivery of miscellaneous supplies with concern team.
• Monthly report - summary of purchase orders (centralized)
• Facilitate Office Supplies Bidding
• Opening and development of new suppliers.
• Entertain suppliers on call days.
• In charge of PO entry for Miscellaneous supplies.
• New supplier entries in SAP Data Base (Centralized).
• Ensures proper and timely coordination with all related teams.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
