Job Description

• Ensure ingredients and equipment are in good condition.
• Comply with all quality control and food safety laws.
• Assist in mixing and assembly of ordered food and beverage items. Follow standard recipes served at the bar.
• Manage transactions with customers
• Collect payments whether in cash or credit and issue receipts or refunds.
• Inventory management including supplies inventory, supplies labeling and receiving deliveries from Commissary.
• Observe proper cleaning and sanitizing procedures at all times.
• Maintain proper personal hygiene at all times.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualification/Requirements:

• Preferably with NCII TESDA Certification in Barista or Food & Beverages.
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Can be trained for coffee preparations and other operational functions and ability to multi-task.
• Willing to oversee and attend company bookings and events.
• Willing to report to work for 5 days a week (Mondays to Fridays; fixed weekends off).
• Can start immediately

Pay: From Php12,350.00 per month
