Job Title: Cafe Barista / Service Crew
Summary: We are looking for a skilled Barista Service Crew to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, preparing pasta and sandwiches, as well as maintaining a clean and tidy workspace. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and outgoing personality, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold food and beverages, such as coffee, tea, pasta and sandwiches
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working order
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle cash and credit card transactions
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing methods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php645.00 per day
