In a remarkable stride towards expansion, Octa Core has expanded its operations to the Philippines this year.
Currently, we're on the look out for a Bidding Assistant to be assigned in our office at Kawit, Cavite.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of bids, and proposals, for government contracts.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, and technical) to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
• Ensure all bid submissions meet required specifications, deadlines, and formats.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, procurement policies, and legal requirements related to government bidding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the bidding lifecycle.
• Support contract negotiations and ensure all contract terms are favorable to the organization.
• Maintain accurate records of all bids, including successful and unsuccessful submissions, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the win rate of government bids.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or a related field is a plus but not REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in bid management, tendering, or government procurement.
• Proven experience in preparing and submitting bids for government contracts or large organizations.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and legal frameworks

Supplemental Pay:

• Kawit, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
