JOB TITLE: Bidding Coordinator Assistant for Phil GEPS

JOB SUMMARY:The Bidding Coordinator for Phil GEPS is responsible for managing and coordinating the bidding process for government procurement opportunities using the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (Phil GEPS).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Monitor Phil GEPS for relevant procurement opportunities and ensure timely identification of potential projects.
2.Ensure compliance with all procurement regulations, requirements, and documentation set forth by Phil GEPS and other relevant agencies.
3.Create bid summaries, price quotations, and other necessary documents for bid submissions.
4.Provide regular updates to management regarding bid status, timelines, and submission requirements.
5.Attend pre-bid conferences and coordinate with other teams for preparation and response to bid queries.
6.Provide reports on bid success rates, procurement trends, and other relevant metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
2.At least 2-3 years of experience in government bidding or procurement, ideally with experience using Phil GEPS.
3.Proficiency in using Phil GEPS and other procurement software platforms.
4.Excellent communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal.
5.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
6.Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
