Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager is located in Davao City. The role is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, administration, and financial performance of a branch.
Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the banking sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a focus on employee development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
