Who are we looking for:
As a Building Admin Assistant , provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of all Alfamart facilities. Assists in maintaining building operations, handling minor maintenance tasks, and coordinating with contractors and service providers. Ensure that all facilities are properly maintained, safe, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.

Assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Alfamart facilities, including monitoring building systems and responding to maintenance requests.
Coordinate with contractors, maintenance staff, and service providers to schedule and monitor repairs, cleaning, and facility upkeep.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service agreements, and inventory of building supplies and equipment.
Assist in conducting regular inspections of the facilities to identify areas needing repair or maintenance.
Respond to maintenance requests and facility issues, ensuring timely action and resolution.
Assist in preparing maintenance reports and documentation for senior management review.
Help ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards, including the implementation of safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
Track and manage utility usage (e.g., electricity, water) and ensure efficient use of resources.
Assist in coordinating emergency repairs and responding to urgent facility issues such as power outages or equipment failures.
Support the procurement process by assisting with ordering and managing maintenance supplies and equipment.

What does it take to be part of the team?

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, Facilities, Management, Property Management, or a related field.
At least 6 months of experience in building administration, facility management, or property management.
Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security).
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills for addressing minor facility issues and managing maintenance requests.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and familiarity with facility management software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with contractors, staff, and vendors.
Ability to follow instructions and assist with the implementation of safety procedures and maintenance protocols.
Willingness to respond to emergency situations and assist with urgent maintenance tasks when required.
Willing to be assigned in: CALAMBA, LAGUNA
